Order the diagnostic
£5,000, one-off. There is no checkout here and no account to create: the fields below compose a message, your mail client sends it, and you get an invoice back. Everything is optional — a message with only a company name on it is a perfectly good start.
What happens to what you type here
Nothing on this page is submitted anywhere. The fields build a message in this tab and hand it to your own mail client, exactly as if you had typed it there — this site has no way to receive it, which is the same fact the rest of the product rests on. And nothing from a scan you have run can appear in it: the composer cannot read your answers, and there is no code path by which it could.
One honest detail: if your mail is webmail and your browser opens it for mailto links, the message opens in your provider’s compose window. It reaches your provider the way every email you send does — but it does not reach us until you press send there.
The legal name, as it should read on the invoice.
The one field worth getting right before you buy. See the note below your answer.
If you have one. It is what the timetable and the roadmap back-solve from.
A name and an email address, if it is not you.
Optional.
The message
This is exactly what will open in your mail client. Read it, change anything you like once it is open, and send it from your own address.

Fill in anything above — a company name on its own is enough — and this becomes sendable.

What happens then
- 1You send the message from your own mail client. Nothing about it passes through this site.
- 2We reply with an invoice for £5,000 and the scope it covers, in writing.
- 3On payment we email the credentials that open the diagnostic. They are issued with the engagement — there is no sign-up and no account to create.
- 4The diagnostic itself runs in your browser like the free scan, with nothing stored and nothing uploaded.
